SURESH MUTHA Director and CEO
A dynamic leader, Suresh Mutha began his career with the Group soon after graduating in Engineering from the University of Bangalore in 1990. Since then, for over three decades, he has leveraged his business acumen to bring in new structure, diversity and global expansion. Under his leadership, the Mohan Mutha Group has been awarded and recognised as a robust business conglomerate with strong values and globally applauded practises.
In 2007, Suresh Mutha created Mohan Mutha Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. and won several prestigious contracts across the world. M20 URBAN SPACE further extends his vision into luxury living across residential, recreational and commercial spaces.
SHRADHA MUTHA JAIN Director and CCO
Shradha Mutha is an Architect from the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University. She further specialised in Retail Interior design from Parsons School of Design, New York. Her creative energy is visible in the unique aesthetic of Hivado – a men’s self-care brand. Her design-led approach is reflected across the brand’s packaging, communication, social media and imagery.
She joined the Mohan Mutha Group and oversaw the birth of M20 URBAN SPACES. Her creative strategies and ability to intuit ideas and visualise unique concepts, elevates all our real estate projects. Her ideas, passion and energy is truly limitless.
SAMTA MUTHA Director and CMO
The exuberance, energy and global vision of generation next is apparent in Samta Mutha. She is a graduate of S P Jain School of Global Management with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. Her extensive global experience has seen her thrive in her various roles across Singapore, Dubai and Sydney.
Samta Mutha helms the real estate wing of the Mohan Mutha Group – M20 URBAN SPACES. She is responsible for launching and structuring the business and introducing the world to our creations of the finest luxuries balanced with sustainability and humanness.
