SURESH MUTHA Director and CEO
A dynamic leader, Suresh Mutha began his career with the Group soon after graduating in Engineering from the University of Bangalore in 1990. Since then, for over three decades, he has leveraged his business acumen to bring in new structure, diversity and global expansion. Under his leadership, the Mohan Mutha Group has been awarded and recognised as a robust business conglomerate with strong values and globally applauded practises.
In 2007, Suresh Mutha created Mohan Mutha Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. and won several prestigious contracts across the world. M20 URBAN SPACE further extends his vision into luxury living across residential, recreational and commercial spaces.
HANSRAJ MUTHA DIRECTOR
An ever-optimistic pillar of support, Hansraj Mutha is our Chairman and a highly respected board member. Stepping into the family business way back in 1972, his journey is an inspiration. He went global in 1977 and flourished in exports across Brazil, Germany, Taiwan, Japan, the Republic of Maldives, Gambia and India. Winning several awards including the celebrated Rajasthan Shree Award in 2005.

RAMESH MUTHA Director
Dedication, hard work and genuine warmth, perfectly describes Ramesh Mutha. Joining the Mohan Mutha Group in 1981, he expanded the business tenfold across shipping, logistics and construction. He has led India at the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and participated in the Obama Business Meet.
M20 URBAN SPACES benefits from Ramesh Mutha’s success in housing, air and seaport development, shore protection, roadways, luxury resort extensions and even supply of luxury yachts. His compassion inspires us, especially his efforts in rehabilitation for Tsunami relief, rainwater harvesting and supply services to UNICEF, UNGM, UNDP, UNOPS, British Red Cross, American Red Cross and French Red Cross.
GULZAR MALHOTRA COO
Gulzar Malhotra is a multi-faceted real estate professional. An Architect from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, he is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He is also a member of RICS South Asia Valuation Professional Group Board. He has over two decades in advisory and valuations, private equity and development across companies such as CBRE, Deutsche Bank, Indiareit (Piramal Fund Management), IPAL Fund Managers & TREC.
Gulzar Malhotra drives growth in the real estate business at M20 URBAN SPACES. Powered by his strengths in real estate and construction planning, resource management and financial and administrative control in an increasingly competitive environment.
SHRADHA MUTHA JAIN Director and CCO
Shradha Mutha is an Architect from the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University. She further specialised in Retail Interior design from Parsons School of Design, New York. Her creative energy is visible in the unique aesthetic of Hivado – a men’s self-care brand. Her design-led approach is reflected across the brand’s packaging, communication, social media and imagery.
She joined the Mohan Mutha Group and oversaw the birth of M20 URBAN SPACES. Her creative strategies and ability to intuit ideas and visualise unique concepts, elevates all our real estate projects. Her ideas, passion and energy is truly limitless.
SAMTA MUTHA Director and CMO
The exuberance, energy and global vision of generation next is apparent in Samta Mutha. She is a graduate of S P Jain School of Global Management with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. Her extensive global experience has seen her thrive in her various roles across Singapore, Dubai and Sydney.
Samta Mutha helms the real estate wing of the Mohan Mutha Group – M20 URBAN SPACES. She is responsible for launching and structuring the business and introducing the world to our creations of the finest luxuries balanced with sustainability and humanness.
